Horse Back Riding To La Fortuna Waterfall |
||
|
The first hour will take you through open spaces until you reach the Fortuna River where we ford the river in an area that is safe for the horses and riders, after which we reach the main road that reaches the waterfall, where we must travel along this public road for about 15 minutes until we reach the falls. Once at the main entrance we may enter and descend to the base of this great and beautiful waterfall where you may swim or simply take pictures.
On our return we will ford the river again and this time visit the Maleku village, the Malekus are natives of the northern area of Costa Rica, where they will share their culture, language, and traditions. After this we return to the stables.
Included: Includes guide or guides, depending on the size of the group, horse, and a small bottle of water, Maleku village visit, and waterfall entrance fee.
What to bring: We recommend bringing long pants; tie on shoes or hiking shoes, insect repellent, sun screen lotion, camera and bathing suit, and extra shirt or blouse. |
