POLICIES
Reservations
All reservations should be made to the hotel's reception by
telephone/fax (506) 2479-1081 , or through email
info@hotelcampoverde.com
If you want guarantee your reservation we require a down payment of
30% of the total amount, 15 days before your arrival at hotel or
your authorization to charge your credit card.
Please fill the form.
We accept a maximum of 2 children under the age of 10 free of
charge, if sharing the room with their parents.
Every guest over the age of 10 is considered an additional guest,
and shall be charged an additional $10 net tax per day.
Reservation Cancellations/Modifications
Any cancellations of your reservation we accept in written form only
(fax or e-mail)
If you cancel your reservation within 2 to 14 days of arrival date,
no charge
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of arrival date, we
will charge 30% of the total amount.
Payment Procedures
Make payments to the following checking account
BANCO DE COSTA RICA: Colones # 20500145246, under the name of
“Inversiones Peñaranda y Olmos, S.A.”
BANCO DE COSTA RICA: Dolares 001-523739-4, under the name of
“Lisbeth Olmos Madrigal”
We also accept Credit Cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
